Here are my notes from our Monday morning staff meeting. I believe that this information is the inspired word of God and I feel blessed to be part of this fantastic team

infiltrate, spy on us... we did not give into them... as for those who seemed to be important whatever they were makes no difference to me. God does not judge by external appearance. Those men added nothing to my message.

Mission is doing, Vision is GOING!

Look for truth and then act on it.

What is real leadership vs. Seemed to be leaders

Teachable - sensitive to the spirit of God and teachable
(The day you stop learning is the day you stop leading)

Touchable - You have something to offer somebody. That they can get something from you. Live it, breath it.

Approachable - open arms ready to say whatever. I'm not too busy, I'm ready.

Accessibility - be accessible to the people that you are leading.

Transparency - when you share your weaknesses you build bridges. Share your failures. How many people really know who are? Not including family. The person who knows you is the person that your leading.

Reality of truth exploding from my life.

What do we do with this? Paul created an enclave. Surround yourself with people that allows you to be more effective. That really knows you. Who is my group? No spouses. Who am I bouncing things off of?

Where am I going?

How do you know if your a seemed to be leader?

Constantly putting out fires - don't be putting out fires, start some. Be creative. Change something up. Do something, train somebody. Ask somebody to come in to the office and work with them.
