We've been struggling with waiting for God to reveal His will. We know in part what He is doing but to where and what is where we do not know. As we continue to pray and He speaks to us we've had an increasing desire for people. To be involved with a missionally minded church. A few weeks back I felt the Lord pressing on me that I should fast. I have issues with my blood sugar plummeting if I don't eat so I knew it couldn't be a food fast. This morning He revealed to me what I was to cut out. Verses 6-12, I believe speak to the in depth reason for this fast. On the surface it is that He would reveal the next steps we are to take, but deeper in it shows that through the next steps and those that will follow, what will take place.

He will free those who are shackled by sin and death.
