I read this passage in the study I am doing "Believing God" by Beth Moore. It really got me thinking about who I am tryng to please, and why. God has really been speaking to me a lot lately and a central theme keeps coming up...I am to play to an audience of One...the One who created me. I think too often I have been trying to please others before pleasing Him. I have "faith" in myself, and others, and realize that that does not please Him. Faith, even when I don't understand all the details, or what the future holds, is pleasing to God...that is all I want, and it is pretty cool to think that our faith makes Him happy, I am all for that!
