The God of peace will crush Satan. I never saw the irony in this verse until now. God is violent, yet full of peace. He is violent toward Satan and all darkness, but he gives us peace. God is not a pansy, he is out to FIGHT our battles. Sometimes it takes war to bring peace. The angels are at war for us so that we can have peace from evil. What an uncomfortable truth.
