We are standing in front of the Judge of the universe and he has found us guilty of 10 crimes... we have broken God's Law (the 10 Commandments) and nothing that we can say or do will make the Judge to let us go.

Just as the Judge is about to pass sentence (eternity in Hell), someone called Jesus stands between us and the Judge and says "stop because I have paid the fine". So the Judge takes a look at the payment (Jesus suffered and died on the cross) and he can now legally let us go.

Justice has been fulfilled; the case can be dismissed and the file closed.

We've broken God's Law but Jesus paid our fine.

We will still be guilty on the day of judgement but we will be JUSTIFIED.

We will enter into Heaven not by our own goodness (we are not good) but because God IS good and provided a way for us to be JUSTIFIED before Him.

Please repent (turn from your sin) and trust in Jesus today.
