You've heard that God has created you with purpose before. You've heard that God has set out a path for you to play apart in his plan and will. Sometimes the details and logistics can be tough to figure out.

The simple idea that God has created you for "something special" is, quite vague and unhelpful, if your losing sleep trying to figure out what "something" is and how "special" it is going to be. We all have dreams of the "special" things we'd like to do for God's Kingdom. Many of these dreams, can be found out of our control at the present time due to a variety of reasons.

All you have control over, is the day that has been given to you. All that is asked of you, is today.

Paul, Silas, and Timothy were filled with joy when they heard the gospel was spreading because of the faith in Thessalonicia. The Gospel was spreading because of their actions. The Gospel was spreading because of the way the lived there day to day lives. Their lives, and actions of faith, had become the Gospel. Living out the Gospel everyday and seeing the effects on those around you is definitely "something special".

Embrace the one day at a time simplicity of letting the Gospel play out in your life. Stop worrying about what your "something special" is, and realize that you already have it.

Take some time today to think of ways you can let the Gospel be more evident in your day to day activities.
