Leader vs Manager
I believe this is a huge difference between a leader and a manager.
Pilate was a manager.
He let the people determine his decision.
He knew what was right but chose to go along with the people so that a "riot" would not break out.
He chose comfort over the truth.
If you want to be a leader you have got to be able to make the tough calls and have people hate you. If you can't, your not fit to lead!
