This is so pure and simple and amazing. It is the whole nature of what the church is to be about in every age. This weekend I was reminded of one little word in this fine pair of sentences: OBEY. We can't just relate to them and teach them. We must teach them how to obey. That's a lot harder. Thankfully the Holy Spirit brings Jesus' presence, in Jesus' words "Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." I've been facing a big challenge with a relatively new believer. It's been somewhat difficult to lovingly take a stand. But it's the only way they can learn how to obey Christ. I'm so glad I made it to hear my friend, Ken Priddy speak this weekend. These words of Scripture were absolute confirmation of God's leading.

Matthew 28:18-20
