it is very important what we say. if we go around being hateful and saying damaging things about someone, especially someone we know, we are not showing taht we are Christian. It is very important when it comes to public figures. i am witting this on Election day 2008. I have seen more Christians write hateful and negative things about anyone who is not Republican than anybody else. is this who Jesus is? Is this what we want the world to see us as? its no wonder that Christianity is religion that people hate more than others. We have caused ourselves to be recognized as a hateful and bitter religion in the eyes of the lost and unsaved. lets be careful of what we say and do no matter who we support, no matter if we agree with someones views or not, even if we don't always get along with some people. we need to be like Jesus and "love each other, just as he loved us"
