What God takes pleasure in....
When a person turns from his ways and lives. This is right in line with John 3:17, in that Jesus came not to condemn us, but to save us. Ezekiel makes it clear that it our ways that leads to our destruction, and God takes no pleasure in seeing that, because he loves us.
