How is the Law good? My experience has shown me that laws are hard to live by... they seem restrictive... restraining. But the truth is they are there to protect us... to preserve and keep us.

Living outside the law is dangerous and reckless. It is a life of chaos and confusion. The law of God brings a peace and a semblance of order.

that understanding gives me peace. Homosexuality is such a tricky subject these days... cause there are stories behind this sin... this represents faces... lives... it represents their hurt... their pain... confusion... ridicule... just wanting to belong. It bothers me how we have glorified this sin... do not get me wrong... I believe it to be wrong... but isn't it merely a matter of PRIDE and a non-repentant heart? The coming out phase says, I have accepted that I am a certain way and am proud of it.
Truth is: Living outside the law brings all the pain associated with it. This verse is speaking about all habits, lifestyles that are outside the "law"... not just homosexuality. Truth is homosexuality does boil down to design... we were NOT designed that way... man as usual tries to make things work that don't work. We were designed to be with a woman and a woman only (period).

Prayer: Lord, help me to have a Godly compassion on all people regardless of sin. I know certain sins have become "taboo" and make us uncomfortable, but help all of us to truly love one another... and in that love to still have the guts to speak the truth.
