2 Corinthians 9:7-8 ASV, 2 Corinthians 9:9 ASV and 2 Corinthians 9:10 ASV

God want's us to give cheerfully and generously and I must admit, it is sometimes hard for me to do altought it is clearly stated in His word, so... where does it say what I am suppose to do with the giving statments I get from the Church? I know the Church has to produce those, the government, who is in authority demands it and the Church is being obedient God by doing so (read Romans 13), but where do I find that I can use my giving in a way to get a tax break or even get money back? Doesn't it mean that I didn't really give what I gave? Not sure if I am making sense to you, but I would like to know where it is in the Bible?
