Your life is not built on a solid foundation if you are not combining the hearing of the sayings of Jesus with actually doing them in practical life. People seem to think that Jesus is the rock or the Word is the solid foundation, and while they are good starting points, your house will still fall and you will still lose faith when a tough storm comes your way.
