Enoch walked closely with God. AMP says "in habitual fellowship" with God and MSG says "Enoch walked steadily with God."

What a goal this year, to simply walk in habitual fellowship with God. To live like Brother Lawrence did, practicing the presence of God. To actually stay "vitally connected to the Father" like Jesus talks about in John 15.

Makes me think of a recent episode of "The Office" where Jim and Pam, dating but separated by distance, try to stay on a cell phone call all day long (with the help of the world's smallest bluetooth). It was a funny episode, but they were showing me what "practicing the presence" looks like... ongoing commentary between them, inside jokes, constant connection.

Enoch got it. Jesus definitely got it. Jim and Pam from "The Office" got it. Now if only I can get it.
