Matthew 5:18 ASV, Matthew 5:20 ASV and Matthew 5:32 ASV

I'm jealous. I wish I was there to hear this in person. This is one of the greatest teaching of all time, by the greatest teacher of all time. In these verses Jesus takes the law that was the cornerstone of the Jewish faith, and he opens it to them in a way that only HE, the author of the law could do. Basically he said, "This is the rule I gave you...now this is how it looks when you follow that rule. This is how you do it."
