Work before the Fall
Before sin entered the world, man had to work. God put Adam to work in the garden to tend to it. This seems similar to the New Testament command that if a man doesn't work, he doesn't eat. Either way, in a sinless unfallen world, work still exists.
This implies that when the New Heaven and New Earth come, man will work.
