Matthew 18:5 ASV and Matthew 18:6 ASV

These verses chalenge me as a mom. It makes me think about how my actions affect my children...the tone I use, the way I respond to their needs, how they view my relationship with God, am I fair and just in the way I dicipline, am I doing anything to cause their hearts to lean toward sin? Am I quick to admit when I am wrong and ask for their forgivness? Or do I leave room for anger or bitterness to take root?

Lord, help me to welcome my children on your behalf. Help me to love them like you love me.
