I look at the verse and I love it. But, honestly, at the same time I almost have a hard time believing it. Sure God wants us to be happy but will He really give us all the desires of our heart, even if we do delight ourselves in Him? I don't really know. I fully believe God has a plan for my life and I don't think our desires always align with His will. I would love for my plans to be His plans but I don't think it always happens that way. Or maybe, as this verse suggests, if our plans include truly seeking God and being happy with Him, He really will give us what we desire most.
