Don't Call Anyone...
Don't call anyone "master" cause were brothers, "father" because we have one father in heaven, "teacher" because Christ is our teacher. Master has certainly gone out of vogue, but father & teacher are used every single day by probably everyone on the planet. I don't think it is about the words or titles but the seeking after titles and the exalting of one above another other. It's not really about the words we use, its about being equals. Service not position is the key to how we are to deal with each other in God's kingdom. Often we seek after power, position, or even in the Christian realm, "the ministry". But it is about power; the power to submit to each other, the power of meekness & kindness. It is about position; the lowest position of a servant. And what we call "the ministry" is actually supposed to be about serving, or leading through the power of submission, meekness and kindness as one who is serving God's family, neighbors and even enemies. The greatest is the servant.
