Jebthah murders his daughter as a human sacrifice
In this bible story, Jebthah prays to God and vows that; if God aides him in killing the ammonites, he will sacrifice to God the first thing to come out of his door when he gets home.
God then aides Jebthah in wiping out the Ammonites. (Judges 11:33 in particular mentions "a very great slaughter")
When Jebthah returns home, his little girl runs out to meet him ("with timbrels and with dances" judges 11:34). Jebthah realized that God wants him to kill his daughter as a human sacrifice in exchange for helping him kill the ammonites. This upset Jebthah enough to make him "rent his clothes" (Judges 11:35).
Jebthah's daughter said to her father that if he promised to kill her has to go through with it. But, that she wanted to go in the mountains with her friends for two months first to "bewail my virginity" (Judges 11:37-38)
She did so and after two months she came back and Jebthah "did with her according to his vow which he had vowed" (Judges 11:39)
He murdered his only child as a sacrifice to God. Unlike Abraham and Isaac God did nothing to prevent it.
There is no mention of Jebthah being punished for this action.
Genocide is not a moral action.
Human sacrifice is not a moral action.
Assuming God is omnipotent, this would mean that God knew it would be Jebthah's daughter to come out to greet him first. Depending on your views of free will, God may have also caused her to be the first out to greet him.
The bible mentions that she is a his only child and that she is a a virgin. That she is a virgin indicates that she was likely a youth (6-15). She agrees to be sacrificed. (try using that excuse in court lol)
She wanders the mountains with her friends for two months to bewail her virginity (I would have used it as a head start to escape, but hey that's just me.)
She then comes back and her father kills her.
