No condemnation!!! None whatsoever... for those who are in Christ Jesus. The condemnation that we deserved was not swept away under the rug of the universe but it was truly, actually and factually experienced for our sake by and in the person of JESUS (our substitute). Thank God for the Ransom! So then (Paul is always presenting warnings) brothers we are debtors but not to the flesh. We are in debt to the Spirit. We are not in debt to the flesh. If we pay our debt to the sinful nature then we are sponsoring our own suicide. The flesh is a traitor and in this warfare traitor get dealt with (mortal wounding). For if by the Spirit you kill the deeds of the flesh you will live. It is to the Spirit that we owe all... all of our debt.
