Jesus need not consider situations, review facts, hear pleadings, or otherwise engage in subjective methods of gaining contexts over a situation in order to determine what is right and wrong. He is the standard for truth, for good, and for righteousness. He always knows and does what is right because it is Him who alone is the standard bearer. No matter your political or philosophical leanings, without Christ, you are left to try to determine truth and goodness subjectively based on perception, consensus, and context. Jesus alone sets the objective standard for truth. When we judge we have to consider the offense and then try to surmise the intentions behind it. We may know that a person lied, that it obvious, but we cannot see the person's heart, we cannot know their intentions. Jesus need not even hear the lie, he simply always knows. The hearts of people will always be bent against God, only through the indwelling of Christ can we act out of anything other than sinful intention.
