There is suffering for me to tend.
Can you imagine the pain of the Hebrew people as their sons were cast into the Nile River? Let's not be a people that overlooks suffering in Scripture or in our culture today. We are lights of the world through Jesus Christ. In Him, there is no darkness. When we are near darkness, his light penetrates...it even penetrates the darkness of those around us. Let us be lights of the world! A city on a hill cannot be hidden! nor do you light a lamp and hide it under a basket, but on a stand, for all in the house to see. Let your light shine among men so that your good works may be seen.
