Our loyalties should never be to man...but to God. Too many churches get caught up with embracing the new pastor or staying loyal to the old pastor. The Scriptural truth is that they should embrace them both...for God is using both of them. Maybe not in the same calling or same manner...but the Kingdom of God needs all types of people to plant and water seed. Ultimately it is not the planting or watering of the seed that matters most...it is whether God makes the seed grow. That is where we should always focus our vision...not on man...but on the work and moving of the Holy Spirit.
