wilderness syndrome
I really don't want to be like those kids in the wilderness- having everything they needed and taking it for granted. Giving into the 'wilderness syndrome' and falling into sin and idolatry. These folks tested God, were filled with doubt when things didn't happen in the time frame they desired, they gave into temptation and even tested God out of the doubt that clouded their hearts. God, just because I can't always see exactly where You're leading me, I don't want to allow distraction to get me off course. You are faithful and will never test me beyond what I'm capable of handling. Help me remember that!
