I love how Paul elaborates on the way he shared the Gospel with the Corinthians. (In verse 1 he references the "gospel I preached to you." He elaborates on exactly the message he preached in verses 3-8.) He told the story of Christ. But notice that the story he told climaxed with Christ's entry into his life - "he also appeared to me." The gospel isn't just a list of data about Christ. It should climax with what happens in a person's life when he stakes his life on it.
