Mark 16:6 - Amazed?
So you walk up to what you expect to be a sealed tomb, just to find the huge stone blocking the entranced moved, the "dead" person gone, and an angel sitting there... and his first words to you are "Don't be amazed" (NASB) ???
Seriously? I'm sorry, but if I was in there shoes, I would have been freaking out! But the truth of the matter is we too easily get amazed when God does the stuff He already told or promised us He was going to do. I'm not saying we should ever get complacent when God shows up, or lives get changes, but we should have the faith enough to believe He will do what He promised, and go on with an expectation that He will move and be faithful, and not be in shock and awe that He is!
