Deuteronomy 11:19
Moses is telling the Israelites that they need to put the Word of God as the forefront of their lives so much that it because apparent to everyone around them. That whenever we wake up in the morning, drive to work, go to lunch, talk to friends, every moment of our lifes, we should be spilling out the Word of God to those around us. Not by shoving it down their throats, but by the mere fact that when we've encountered the Living God in such an intimate way, it just becomes natural that we radiate His Glory, just as Moses did when he descending from the mountain after encountering God.
