God will come and find us, even in our disobedience, especially in our disobedience, when we need Him most.
God feels, He is effected by our actions and choices.
Why hadn’t they experienced Him? Because they never obeyed or put their faith in Him.
God is real. That is true whether we believe in Him or not.
They knew God was real, the one true God, but decided to go the way of the world anyway.
The issue isn’t the particular sin, the issue is the authority of the word of God.
God gives us exactly what we ask for.
Freedom is the ability to choose who you are going to serve.
Joshua’s challenge - chose you this day whom you will serve.
Jesus’ challenge - no one can serve two masters.
The world is calling. God is calling. Who are you going to answer?
