Jesus is the ultimate bearer of all our burdens. He took our sin that we deserved death for, and placed the burden of everyone on Himself. We are to bear the burdens of our friends. When they ask for prayer; don't just lie and say that you will pray for them because realistically most of us don't follow through. Pray then. Put a hand on there shoulder and pray. If someone is in need then help them out. This is what Jesus pictured. The church loving each other, and bearing each others burdens.
