God Says Go Green
Apparently "going green" is a new thing made popular by the hippie-tree-huggers; it's been going on for thousands of years.
(God called the Israelites to celebrate a Year of Sabbath every 7th year and then every 50 years celebrate a huge Year of Jubilee.)
We shouldn't take lightly God's command to the Israelites to let their land have a sabbatical. Here's the principle: God wants us to take care of His creation, whether it be the dirt or a human. God is the owner and we're the stewards so we've got to do what God says.
And God says Go Green.
