Suffering for doing good.
Jesus came down from heaven, was 100% man, suffered to do what was right and didnt give into temptation of the devil. He suffered as much as we did, he went through all the things we suffer day to day. Because he overcomed all of that pain and suffering God rewarded him for doing so. We all should remember that he suffered for us, to do what was right, so when we are suffering and have temptation to do wrong and are calling out to him, he can say i know its hard, but God will reward you for doing what is right. It is better to suffer to please God, then to suffer for doing wrong.
