He will give you rest

Jesus says if you come to him he will give you rest. If you are weary and carry heavy burdens of shame and sins he will take all of that. For he died on the cross to take all of your sins. Jesus does not want you to suffer in sin, but to be free from it. If he wanted you to suffer in sin, do you really think he would have given his life to die on the cross for you? Of course not! He loves you!
