Being a Doer.
It's so hard to be slow to speak, especially when someone attacks us. It's our natural instinct to defend ourselves. This is my challenge for myself: to be slow to speak and slow to get angry. Even though it's tough, I want to kill people with kindness! By thinking about my words before I say them, it's so much easier to not say something you'll regret later!
