1. What is a storm?
***Websters states that it is a violent outbreak or disturbance.

*** Mass attack on a defended position... (Sodom and Gommorrah)

2 types of storms:
1. correction storms..

A. These are storms that God send us because of our choice to fall to the test from Him in which is the temptation given by Satan...

B. These storms are to make us understand that God does not spare the rod, spoil the child-- ( Proverbs 13:24)

" He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him diciplines him promptly...)

C. These are storms that are sent because of our disobedience to God, they make us turn face and get on the right track... ( Jonah 1:10-16)

D. These storms are the type storms that are humbling and they also make us understand that we are not in control, and no matter what we do, we must call on the name of God for deliverance... (Jonah 2:1-10)

2. Perfection storms

1. These storms are to mold us, take us to the next level, to strengthen us, to give us something more than what we already have... ( Job 39 :19-30)

This is God asking Job questions to get him to understand that he does not know all, and needs to be quiet for a minute to allow God to show him what He wants to show him...

2. We have the authority to to choose which storm we can take on depending on our temptation test...

3. It is inevetible that we go thru storms, so that we always know the Almighty God is in control... If we learn that, then we will bew successful...
