sorrowful wisdom
King Solomon had tried and studied everything there was to do in life and came to the conclusion that the more you know about this world and its fallen state the more sorrowful it becomes. The more we realize that there is no hope outside of Jesus the more we realize that what we think will bring us happiness will only bring us pain. I can’t help but think that God in His infinite wisdom looks down on this earth and realized since man first sinned, how much it grieved Him to see that condition that all His creation was in. But it was this same infinite sorrowful wisdom that led to a plan for redemption for all mankind through His son Jesus Christ. What have I learned from wisdom lately that breaks my heart?
