"When" we are in need
In this passage, Paul tells the Church in Corinth that they should give generously to the other Churches in need as the have plenty right now and WHEN they are in need, the others Churches will help them. He doesn't say "If" you ever find yourself in need, but rather "When" you are in need. We all find ourselves in time of need, if we never give to others, how can we expect to get anything when we are in need, yet, God is faithful in providing for us, but we are keeping ourselves from receiving abundantly if we are not generous. Remember, "When" you will need, not "if" you ever need...
