Here we see Smeagol struggling against his desire for the ring and his desire to serve his master. He goes back and for against his other self, Gollum, who bullies him around and basically has control. But here, Smeagol, thanks to the kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and gentleness of his master, finally has enough strength to stand against Gollum and overcome. Like us, we have a struggle against our selves and our selfish desires. There are things in this world that seem to have a higher value to us then our Master. But because of our Master's kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and gentleness, we have the strength to overcome our selves and become great followers and servants of Christ. This video really shows us the struggle.
