Upon: also known as ‘up on.’The: article: expressing ‘one and only’. Lord: noun. And: conjunction. He: pronoun. Will: future tense/ helping verb: expressing ability. Sustain: action verb: keep and maintain. You: pronoun. In other words, throw your owned and personal burden in such a manner that you know that it is better with God because he is the one who is doing the ‘keeping of you.’

He will never let the righteous be shaken.
He: pronoun. Will: future tense/helping verb: expresses ability. Never: adverb: expressing relation of place and time. Let: past tense of irregular verb: to permit. The: article: expressing ‘one and only.’ Righteous: noun: collective persons. Be: verb in present tense: to exist. Shaken: past participle: to be disturbed in the past. In other words, God's future expression of ability (the coming Messiah) will never allow his collective people to presently exist or be disturbed by past occurrences.
