There are two things in these verses that I have trouble with. "Trouble" - I don't like being in trouble or have trouble and this says that I should be full of joy when trouble comes.

Then it proceeds to tell me to have patience - which is difficult to come by.

But if I will not run away in these times of trouble it is in those moments that God will began to grow me and stretch me making me into the ideal person He created me to be.

These verses even boldly proclaim that it is through these trials that I can be made "perfect and complete."

I don't know about you but my tendency is to want God to take away all me troubles and not grow me and teach me through my troubles.
