The presence of the Holy Spirit brings healing
If we will seek hard after God and seek his holy spirit we will begin to experience all kinds of renewal around us. The people who were healed by Pauls hankerchief were healed physically and temporarily (as they all would still eventually die), however they would still need to hear and respond to the Gospel to be healed spiritually and eternally. As churches we should strive for righteous living, so that the Holy Spirit is healing even those that come into our presence, and we must remember always that a physical healing is temporary, the Gospel is key, and bringing a new believer into the fold will only cause the Holy Spirit to be at work that much more in our communities, churches, families, and individual lives.
