Fruit of the Spirit
Meditating on this verse, I felt like it would be impossible for me to Love everybody. So I asked God why he put the most difficult one to practise at the top of the list. To which he replied, "Start at the other end." This made me realise that starting with Self-control would make it easier to move on steadily to the more difficult ones - culminating in Love.
