We've all been there, stuck in that moment where the ones we approach or approach us give off that feeling of uneasiness and just makes us want to turn the other way...something about them makes us want to hide our face from them and act as if they aren't even there, but we know they are...this is the way they treated Jesus, they saw him coming and they wanted to turn away, they wanted him to believe they didn't know he was there...what made them so ashamed? What makes us so ashamed? Next time we get that feeling, next time we see those that appear helpless, or homeless, or in need, or looking for a handout, let us first remember that our savior appeared this way to them, and he certainly wasn't looking for a handout, or money, or help of any kind, he was just looking for a hand to reach out to him, a heart to seek him, a voice to call out to him, as a matter of fact he wasn't looking for anything, he had already found it, he was simply giving them a chance to find him.....he just may be putting us in those situations as an opportunity to help and serve others in order that they can find him also....who knows, we could find him or at least something about us in the process also
