Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. 
 Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7

Worry can cause deep stress in our minds, hearts, and bodies. Here the Word tells us “don’t worry about anything! And instead, pray about everything.” Before this statement the Word says, “to be full of joy in the Lord and rejoice”. We are the reflection of Christ to the world when we have great joy and peace in the midst of crushing trials and problems.

Dear Friend, I do not know what worry weighs you down today, but I do know that God promises to lift you above it. He promises to place peace where there is strife and anxiety, He promises to hold you close, give you what you need and be with you. May God give you the "peace that exceeds anything we can understand” and work in your situation today. Thank God for what He is doing and what He has done in your life.

Fear thou not; for I am with you, be not dismayed; for I am your God: I will strengthen you, yes I will help you; yes, and I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isa 41:10
