Praise facilitates Waiting
Three times the Psalmist laments, "How Long"! Without a true perspective of eternity, (an ever-present now), in 21st century culture, we tend to gravitate to instant gratification, or procrastination.
Chosen praise, at the end of this Psalm, reflects the privilege that Redemption in Christ provides. (Psalm 22, versus the cry of God-forsakenness on the cross).
