It occurred to me that Genesis Chapter one begins with the God creating light and darkness. But it isn't until the fourth day that the Sun, moon and stars are created to govern the night and day. So up to this point what has produced the light? I am immediately reminded of Colossians 1:17 where Paul describes Christ as "'holding all things together" What could be producing light but the very will and presence of God? There was nothing save that!
