You seriously can't find a way to give and minister in your local church body?

So, are you living religion or are you living Jesus? Take out a piece of paper and do the following
Make four (4) columns

* In the first, write what you want in a local church
* In the second, write how you minister in your local church (i.e. tithe, sing, teach, daycare etc.)
* In the third, write what your skills are (i.e talents)
* In the forth, write what you need to repent of

This is an important exercise for you to follow. The reason being, the first will emphasize what you want in a local church. The second and the third should be in sync and if you are not using your skills, abilities and talents in your local church – then you are probably falling into the consumer christian category; and you need to ask yourself – What am I doing?

If you are not ministering your local church body, then your spiritual growth will begin to stagnate. God did not create you to consume but to give.Need to know how to give, follow these guidlines
Five (5) radical opportunities to give:

* Love Romans 12:10
* Helping the needy (i.e. widows, elderly, single mothers/fathers, pastor/teachers, ministries) James 1:27
* Forgiveness Ephesians 4:26-27
* Joy, Prayer & Thanksgiving 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
* Gratefulness for friends in the local body of believers 2 Thessalonians 2:13

If we as “Christians” stopped taking and just gave these five (5) things, how more unified would the local body of believers in your local church be? How close would you be to your peers? Would you actually be “living” the church? Would the Word of God actually be moving in your life? I strongly urge you to focus on your ability to give (Not only monetary values) your life to the “Kingdom’s” purpose – the magnification of Jesus Christ.

Grace & Peace, You Are Loved,
