Humbling
We all carry stresses in our daily struggles — but as believers in Jesus Christ - we do not carry them alone. God cares. I am learning - the more I admit my need, humbling myself and telling God, "You are right, there is no way I can do this on my own...ever!" - He bears the weight of my struggles...even the struggles I have caused because of my own sinfulness. God sees a repentant heart. He longs to lift us out of our misery into His rest. Letting God have my anxieties calls for action, not passivity. I cannot submit to my circumstances but to the Lord who controls circumstances. God is able and willing to bless us according to His timing.
Dear Lord, may I humbly obey You regardless of present my circumstances and wait on You.
