I have a copy of "The Message" version of the bible on my bookshelf because I like to see how the bible sounds in what Peterson has written for us in everyday language. His interpretation is incorrect as was shown to me through the link that I have provided.
Now I m acting with caution every time I open "The Message" version of the Bible.
My new point of view is that every verse must now be correctly measured from "The Message" before I consume it.
A man could grow spiritually skinny on a diet like that....yikes.
