Covetousness is not only “I want what you have” - it’s more personal, it is “I want what you have at your expense.”
Political philosophies are at war – capitalism, socialism, marxism, communism, totalitarianism. Only capitalism gives the individual the right of personal prosperity!
Successful people are always envied. Listen, “always!” It comes with the territory. Enviers bite at others success. They hate it. They explain it away. They question your character and right to have what you have. Their minds are delusional. Enviers are flawed thinkers.
Donald Trump said, “One of the problems when you become successful is that jealousy and envy inevitably follow. There are people – I call them life’s losers who get their sense of accomplishment and achievement from trying to stop others.”
You cannot reform disloyal people in your company. No amount of money can bribe loyalty; in fact, it will only enhance the problem because it demonstrates your control over them even more.
3 Characteristics of Enviers:
1. Enviers are not on your team, they’re your competition. They may work in your company but they are not working for your success.
2. Whenever you’re generous to the Envious they accept it as deserved compensation. They BELIEVE that they’re the key to your success. Their perversion does not allow them to be grateful.
3. Enviers do not want to change, they want you removed!
The spirit of the Envier is Cain. Cain saw the wealth and favor of Abel as a competition. Cain choose to murder his brother rather than correct himself. Enviers are motivated by a murderous spirit.
